or eliminating hidden losses. The TPM approach is known for delivering guaranteed,
significant, and tangible results to productivity, as well as creating visible
changes in the work environment. Additionally, through idea generation and
exchange, TPM raises the skill and knowledge level of employees.
The VIPL Group has fully embraced and implemented the TPM philosophy
across the organization. This initiative is driven from the top down, with the
entire top management actively involved in its implementation. The results have
been highly rewarding. Our workers have not only provided valuable advice to
Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) on design improvements to enhance
machine productivity but have also received awards at national and
international platforms.

of activities aimed at exchanging information, skills, and expertise among
individuals from different units within the organization. These activities
include Inter-unit Visits, Kaizen/OPL week celebrations, pillar meets, and
training programs.
