Sri Vasantha Venkata Krishna Prasad - Promoter & Managing Director

Sri Venkata Krishna Prasad, an energetic and dynamic entrepreneur, is VIPL’s Promoter and Managing Director. His dynamic leadership has received several accolades over the years.  Sri Venkata Krishna Prasad's prudent approach, with a deep insight into all aspects of the business, led the “Vasantha Group” from the beginning with a humble inception to earning an excellent reputation with good standing in the market. His leadership is the strength of VIPL in all its business avenues, expansions, and explorations. His vast, rich, and multi-dimensional experience, spanning nearly two decades in real estate and construction of premium residential colonies, has well-woven itself into establishing the highest standards for VIPL. Sri Venkata Krishna Prasad is one of those few real estate and construction sector stalwarts in Hyderabad who enjoy an unparalleled reputation for 'Quality and Commitment.'

As a part of his expansion and diversification plans, he set up M/s. Vasantha Spinners Limited, which commenced its operations in 2007 with 26,400 spindles, to grow into Vasantha Industries Private limited, having four units in the same campus with 1,03,872 spindles (three spinning units) and one manufacturing unit for corrugated box.

 

Ms. Bhavana - Executive Director

Ms. Bhavana, the daughter of the Managing Director Sri Venkata Krishna Prasad, joined VIPL in the year 2019. She plays a key role in the corporate management of VIPL. She is a Mechanical Engineering graduate, A generous, hard-working, and determined personality, Ms. Bhavana is leading the company as Executive Director of VIPL. She leads the entire team of Finance and Administration, Human Relation Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Value Addition and New developments. Apart from the same, she guides the ERP implementation team to get the right kind of MIS, precisely at just the right time. She controls the functions under the Manufacturing Excellence Team through periodical Management Reviews/Budget follow-ups.
